SF 49ERS , THE PATRIOTS AND CLOWN JOCKCASTERS

It seems that for better or worse the San Francisco 49ers can't stay out of the headlines. Just when we were getting over the exit of Jim Harbaugh and the retirement of LB Patrick Willis and the departure of Frank Gore , other buzz worthy events have taken the spotlight.

Before the arrival of Jim Harbaugh as the 49er head coach, the Scary one had a field day writing about the likes of Dennis Erickson , the cheap alternative to Steve Mariucci , then Mike Nolan and Mr. Motivator himself , " Iron Mike " Singletary ! Lets not forget the less than stellar coaching assistants such as Greg Knapp , Ted Tollner and Jimmy Raye , who I referred to as "brand X ". This cast all contributed to the downfall of the San Francisco 49ers before Harbaugh righted the ship.

 Now the franchise has gone back in time to a decade of decline. When the new alternative uniform was ceremoniously unveiled on April 30 , 2015 and subsequent draft was concluded it didn't alter the fact that the San Francisco 49er's brand has taken a nose dive. I almost forgot to mention that the new alternative uniform is so " XFL " , like the team, bush league !

The phoney mantra mouthed by the " young genius " CEO Jed York , " win with class " would more appropriately be " win with trash ". The team roster has more involvement with the local Police than any other NFL franchise. Former 49er LB Ray McDonald , who had been accused of sexual assault and left the team , in a bonehead move of monumental proportions decided to sue the alleged victim for " defamation ", just when the entire matter had faded from view.

This genius move then brought current 49er LB Ahmad Brooks into the public eye. Apparently Brooks was present in McDonald's home when the alleged incident occurred. Publicity pimp attorney Gloria Allred , who has a jones for anything with testicles , is representing the alleged female victim in a cross suit against McDonald and who also has alleged that Brooks groped her. This is coming just after 49er RB Bruce Miller had a Domestic violence charge reduced .

The subject of " Deflategate " and the New England Patriots is too juicy to pass up. The entire matter smacks of the blatant hypocrisy of certain NFL teams. The Patriots recent history of cheating has included " Tapegate " , remember they had filmed all their opponents defensive signals and now after an investigation by Ted Wells on behalf of the NFL , The Patriots were fined $ 1 million and QB Tom Brady suspended for four regular season games , because he knew about team employees deflating the game balls for his use.

 This is the same organization that claims that they didn't realize that Aaron Hernandez was a thug when they drafted him. Mr. Hernandez is currently under indictment for three murders. Team owner Robert Kraft even testified in the case against him. Then there is the matter of Tom Brady , " Mr. Clean " , matinee idol , white bread fantasy . Could it be that this American as apple pie icon was less than truthful ? Heaven forbid ! The world is turning upside down. His defenders are crying foul ! It was the scrubs who deflated the footballs ( equipment men ) not our young Tom !

Tom Brady is no innocent victim of a evil conspiracy meant to bring him down. He is about winning , just like his coach Bill Belichick , because winning means money ! All those starstruck Patriot fans defending Brady are chumps. If they are working class folks , they can't  even afford the cheap seats ! Yet their raising money to pay the $ 1 million dollar fine !

Last but not least I will address the way the Patriot affair is being discussed by some members of the local yokel sport's media. This morning I was listening to the so called Sport's flagship radio station as a couple of jockcasters were mouthing off about the punishment handed out to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

One of these clowns stated that there was no evidence cited in regards to Tom Brady's knowledge that the game balls were being deflated and just how harsh the punishment was . Both of the jockcaster clowns in this program kept going on and on about how unfair the situation was.

I guess these jockcasters have forgotten how Barry Bonds was tried and convicted by the media on no evidence ! Bonds was not convicted of using steroids or perjury and recently his conviction on obstruction was thrown out. This didn't stop many Jockcasters from reaping big bucks from the sale of books which concluded the opposite of the documented legal findings. Barry Bond's has been kept out of the Baseball Hall of Fame , forced to retire early and his reputation trashed based on evidence that could not be collaborated ! Because he is a certified charm school dropout and not a white bread icon like Tom Brady what happened to him wasn't unfair ! Right !
