RULES

1.    Only one - $100.00 (One-Hundred and 00/100) prize donation goes to the Westmoor Anime Club.

       Only one - $50.00 (Fifty and 00/100) Century Movie Gift Card to the Winning Illustrator.

2.    Type of Task:  Cover Art.

3.    Type of Work:  Work-For-Hire.

4.    Must be a CURRENT Westmoor High School Student. Proof is required.  The winning entry’s current student identification card will be verified.  Any current Westmoor student can submit a rendition.

5.    Drawing specifications will be provided.

6.    Only one rendition for one entry will be accepted. So, Mary can only submit one entry.

7.    A  submission must be accompanied with a CURRENT student picture identification card number  clearly  labeled  on the backside of the drawing.  All submissions must be placed inside a sealed USPS Priority Mail Envelope, 11.625 x 15.125, (FREE from any USPS office) with an outside label that states the contestant's full name and  "Ruffbo Contest Entry".

8.    All submissions must meet ALL drawing specifications and is NOT a guarantee that any submission will be accepted.   Only ONE submission will be officially accepted. All submissions become the sole property of Barry Rodriguez Productions (BRP).

9.    If no submissions are officially accepted, no prize donation and movie gift card will be given.

10.    If a submission is officially accepted:

(1) A prize donation will be given to Westmoor High School Anime Club and the winning artist will be given a movie card.

(2) The winning artist will ONLY be credited as an Illustrator.

(3) Property ownership, trademarks, and copyrights will be retained by Barry Rodriguez and Barry Rodriguez Productions (BRP).

(4) Submission of an entry grants Barry Rodriguez Productions (BRP) exclusive right to publish, edit and/or copy the entry for any and all purposes in any media (including but not limited to print and digital media) without further compensation to the entrant.

(5)  The contest is FREE to enter.

(6)  All submitted entries will be judged by Barry Rodriguez, author.

(7)  ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLY ON THIS DATE AND TIME:

                           Tuesday, May 26, 2015, 8:00 AM, PST,  to 3:00 PM, PST

       AND ONLY AT THIS LOCATION:   Westmoor High School, Main Office

11.  Once the winning entry complete and submit the Authorization To Release Photo and Publicity Release Form.  Afterwards, prizes will be issued accordingly.
